Contract Specialist

About the role

The Resale & Leasing Contracts Specialist supports Oia Properties' resale, leasing and property‑management operations in Abu Dhabi. You will manage contracts, ensure compliance with UAE regulations and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to close transactions efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and process resale contracts, MOUs and property‑management agreements in line with company standards.
• Handle Tawtheeq applications and related documentation.
• Coordinate with agents, developers, clients and government entities to meet transaction timelines.
• Verify and maintain client documentation throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Monitor milestones, prepare addendums and produce transaction reports.
• Collaborate with Sales, Listings, Legal, Finance and Operations to streamline workflows.
• Maintain document‑control systems and support digital‑tool improvements.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of contract administration or transaction coordination experience in the UAE real‑estate market.
• Strong knowledge of UAE real‑estate regulations, MOUs, Tawtheeq and property‑management contracts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
• High attention to detail, strong organisational abilities and stakeholder‑management skills.
