About the role
The Contract Specialist is responsible for managing the full contract lifecycle, from negotiation and preparation to compliance monitoring and amendment. This role ensures that all contracts align with current regulations and protect the company’s interests.
Key responsibilities
- Negotiate contract terms for products and services with vendors and clients.
- Prepare, edit, and finalize contracts and formal responses to solicitations, RFPs, and bids.
- Assess contractor performance and initiate amendments when necessary.
- Handle contract breaches promptly and serve as the primary liaison with external contracting representatives.
- Research and apply relevant regulations to keep contracts compliant.
- Develop procurement proposals and manage contract change processes.
- Promote QHSE requirements and ensure adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Identify internal control gaps and guide stakeholders on compliance policies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in contract management or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in English.
- Ability to work in an office environment full‑time.
