Contracting and Negotiation Specialist - DMC Tourism

About the role

MTS Globe, a European destination management company operating in 66 destinations across 23 countries, is hiring a Contracting and Negotiation Specialist in Dubai. The role negotiates and finalizes dynamic rate contracts with hotel partners, manages those partnerships and coordinates their implementation with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and finalize dynamic rate contracts with hotel partners, securing competitive pricing and commercial terms.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to guide negotiations and identify opportunities.
• Ensure rate parity, availability and alignment with revenue targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners and act as a liaison between them and internal stakeholders, ensuring contract compliance.
• Work with Product, Revenue, Tech and Operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of dynamic contracts.
• Troubleshoot issues related to contract execution, availability or pricing discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, communications and negotiation history, and report on contracting activity, rate performance and issue resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Tourism or another related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in contracts and negotiations, preferably within a DMC, OTA or travel tech environment.
