Contracts Administrator

About the role

KEO Group is looking for a Contracts Administrator to join its award‑winning team in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The role serves as the commercial backbone of construction projects, overseeing the full contract lifecycle and safeguarding the client’s financial and legal interests.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate contractor payment applications against actual site progress.
• Assess and process variation orders and delay claims.
• Collaborate with site supervision engineers to verify that executed works comply with contractual obligations before fund release.
• Track performance bonds, insurances, and contractual notices to mitigate project risk.
• Maintain accurate contract documentation and ensure timely project close‑out in line with client procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in contract administration within the construction sector.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen with attention to detail.
• Ability to work closely with engineering and project teams.
• Familiarity with contractual procedures, performance bonds, and insurance requirements.
