Contracts Administrator

About the role

Innovo Group is hiring a Contracts Administrator in Abu Dhabi. The role supports the commercial and contractual administration of projects, ensuring obligations are met, risks are identified and contractual rights and entitlements are protected. It covers change management, claims preparation, contract correspondence and compliance with contract conditions throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare contract-related documents, formal notices and contractual correspondence, and maintain contract registers and commercial trackers for assigned projects.
• Assist in preparing variation orders, EOT claims and delay notices with supporting evidence, track variation status and monitor entitlement timelines, and keep contemporaneous records.
• Support preparation and administration of subcontract agreements and amendments, and monitor subcontractor compliance with contractual obligations and notice requirements.
• Review contract terms to identify commercial and contractual risks and obligations, and maintain a register of key contractual dates, milestones and notice deadlines.
• Compile factual records and supporting documentation for contractual disputes and assist in preparing responses to claims from the Employer/Engineer and subcontractors.
• Introduce modern tools, technologies and processes that improve efficiency and transparency, and encourage innovation to reduce costs without compromising quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering.
• Minimum 3-5 years of contracts experience in infrastructure or construction.
