Contracts Specialist

About the role

PureHealth is seeking a Contracts Specialist to lead the drafting, review, negotiation and management of contracts with vendors, clients and other stakeholders. The role ensures legal, regulatory and organisational compliance while supporting the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of contracts, agreements and legal documents.
• Collaborate with internal departments to identify and mitigate contractual risks.
• Develop and maintain standardised contract templates tailored to business needs.
• Negotiate and finalise contract terms with external partners.
• Manage contract execution for vendors, suppliers and service providers.
• Process amendments, renewals and extensions, ensuring compliance with deadlines and performance conditions.
• Support execution teams to meet contract milestones and deliverables.
• Maintain an organised system for physical and digital contract records.
• Propose improvements to contract management processes and workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law or a related field (Master’s a plus).
• Minimum 6 years of experience in contract management, procurement or a related area.
• Strong understanding of contract law, legal principles and commercial terms.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with contract management systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
