نبذة عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن طباخ متمرس للانضمام إلى فريق مطبخ فندق سانت ريجيس في دبي. ستعمل ضمن بيئة فندقية راقية تتطلب الالتزام بأعلى معايير الجودة والنظافة.
المهام الرئيسية
- تحضير المكونات بما في ذلك التقطيع، التقسيم والتخزين.
- غسل وتقشير الفواكه والخضروات الطازجة.
- قياس ومزج المكونات وفقاً للوصفات ومعايير الجودة.
- تشغيل الأفران، المواقد، الشوايات، الميكروويف والقلايات.
- اختبار نضج الطعام وضمان تقديمه وفقاً لمواصفات العرض.
- تنظيف وتعقيم منطقة المطبخ والأدوات بعد الانتهاء.
الملف المطلوب
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في مجال الطهي الفندقي.
- عدم وجود خبرة إدارية سابقة.
- الالتزام بسياسات السلامة والصحة المهنية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- تشغيل الأفران والمواقد والشوايات.
- تشغيل الميكروويف والقلايات.
- تحضير وتقطيع الخضار والفواكه.
- القدرة على قراءة وفهم الوصفات بدقة.
