Coordinator - Butler Services

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Coordinator to join its Butler Services team, supporting an opulent beachside resort scheduled to open in 2027. The role involves overseeing daily Butler Service operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare daily reports for morning briefings.
• Handle and track all Butler Services requests and calls.
• Coordinate with Guest Services Centre and other departments for timely fulfilment.
• Maintain guest profiles, preferences, and service records.
• Support dispatching of Butlers, including VIP and Gaming.
• Control master keys and work devices with accurate tracking.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Housekeeping on room status and operations.
• Ensure accurate shift handovers and provide administrative support to management.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (spoken, written, reading).
• Minimum 2 years’ administrative experience in luxury hospitality.
• Strong understanding of VIP services and high‑profile clientele expectations.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Strong interpersonal and service communication abilities.
• Computer literate with proficiency in standard office applications and systems.
