Coordinator, Employee Experience

About the role

Rixos Bab Al Bahr, a luxury hotel chain offering Turkish hospitality, is looking for a Coordinator, Employee Experience in Ras Al-Khaimah. The role covers the administration, supervision and coordination of employee transportation, cafeterias, meals and assigned personnel of the employee housing, and works closely with Human Resources, security and engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Assign duties, responsibilities and timetables to tasks as needed.
• Monitor employee housing rules and regulations so residents feel safe, healthy and secure.
• Manage and maintain inventory of linen, furnishings, chemicals and sports equipment, and prepare and update the room allocation list regularly.
• Maintain individual inventory forms for each room and resident, and ensure resigned or terminated staff return issued items before leaving.
• Keep a master key log for rooms and apartments, and regularly check the cleanliness of accommodation blocks and public areas.
• Inspect rooms and facilities with representatives from Human Resources and security, and assist the Engineering Department in keeping complex equipment operational.
• Control linen inventory, issue employee linen according to agreed standards and timings, and keep updated records of employees living in or outside the accommodation for fire safety.
• Monitor employee transport arrangements and report concerns to the supervisor, and act as a counsellor for employees with questions.

Required profile

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and employee engagement skills.
