About the role
We are looking for a proactive Coordinator for our Project Management Office (PMO) to support the planning, monitoring and reporting of projects across the organization. The role will work closely with project managers to ensure that project data is accurate, risks are identified early and budgets are tracked in line with Daman’s PMO framework.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules and status reports.
- Collect, consolidate and analyse project data to provide insights on progress, risks and financial performance.
- Support risk assessment activities and help prepare budget forecasts and variance analyses.
- Maintain project documentation, ensuring that all files are up‑to‑date and stored according to the PMO standards.
- Prepare and distribute regular project progress reports to stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops and stakeholder communications as required.
Required profile
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Organisational skills to manage multiple project files simultaneously.
