About the role
The Coordinator will oversee day‑to‑day warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, picking, packing and outbound activities in a 3PL environment.
Key responsibilities
- Organise and allocate manpower and equipment to meet order priorities and optimise warehouse space.
- Supervise picking, packing, put‑away and outbound shipments, ensuring correct labeling, documentation and cargo protection.
- Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts and reconcile variances to maintain stock integrity.
- Implement QHSE and security policies, maintain housekeeping standards and address corrective actions.
- Train, develop and manage warehouse and packing staff, handling performance and discipline matters.
Required profile
- Diploma or graduate degree in any discipline.
- 2–3 years experience in movers or relocation industries.
- Result‑oriented with strong team management, planning and organising abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
