About the role

The Coordinator, Well Services is responsible for overseeing all Coiled Tubing operations within oilfield services. This role ensures equipment readiness, quality standards, and compliance with client and regulatory requirements while supporting field teams and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise service and technical personnel through assignments, project management, and technical support.
• Ensure Coiled Tubing equipment is maintained in a state of readiness to deliver high‑quality service and maximize equipment lifespan.
• Conduct QA/QC and HSE inspections/audits of equipment and job sites, analysing non‑conformance and maintenance reports.
• Recommend corrective actions and procedural modifications to enhance quality standards.
• Visit customer locations, attend planned meetings, and ensure timely resolution of non‑conformances.
• Monitor daily progress of jobs and projects, providing technical guidance to field staff.
• Comply with UAE, ADNOC, ADNOC Drilling, and client Asset Integrity Management codes of practice.
• Handle special projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of experience in an oilfield operations environment.
• Strong computer software proficiency; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Ability to apply advanced problem‑recognition and solution‑development techniques.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
