Corporate Account Manager

About the role

Godiva is seeking a results‑driven Corporate Account Manager to expand its corporate client portfolio in Dubai. You will build and nurture strategic relationships, drive B2B revenue, and represent the brand at industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new corporate business opportunities to grow sales.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing corporate clients and key stakeholders.
• Manage a portfolio of B2B accounts, maximizing revenue and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and growth prospects.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Retail Operations, Logistics, and Finance to ensure seamless client service.
• Track the sales pipeline, monitor performance, and achieve revenue targets.
• Gather customer feedback to continuously improve offerings.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and commercial analysis activities.
• Represent Godiva at networking events, exhibitions, and industry gatherings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate sales, key account management, or business development.
• Strong negotiation, relationship‑building, and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in FMCG, retail, luxury goods, food & beverage, or gifting is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
