Corporate Finance Analyst – MENA Coverage

About the role

The analyst will join Deutsche Bank's Corporate Finance franchise in Dubai, supporting advisory and capital markets work across the MENA region and globally. This front‑office, client‑centric position offers exposure to complex transactions and the chance to develop financial modelling and analytical skills.

Key responsibilities

• Work on a variety of complex projects for clients in the Middle East, North Africa and worldwide.
• Support senior bankers in origination, coverage, and execution of live M&A, debt and equity transactions.
• Prepare financial analyses, valuation models, industry research, pitchbooks and client presentations.
• Participate in project management, client meetings and internal team discussions.
• Ensure compliance with DFSA licensing requirements and handle administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Maximum 12 months of experience in corporate finance, investment banking or related fields.
• Post‑graduate degree (minimum Honours) in finance, accounting, economics, mathematics, engineering or related discipline.
• Strong academic record and demonstrated interest in M&A, advisory or capital markets.
• Excellent analytical, communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
