Corporate Legal Counsel

About the role
One Ten Associates is seeking experienced corporate lawyers to join its growing UAE practice. You will work alongside senior partners on high‑profile domestic and cross‑border transactions across the GCC, covering M&A, joint ventures, private equity and general corporate matters for an international client base.
Key responsibilities
- Advise on sophisticated M&A, joint venture and private‑equity transactions.
- Provide general corporate counsel to regional and international clients.
- Collaborate with partners and senior lawyers on cross‑border deals.
- Support the development of the UAE practice through client interaction and business development.
Required profile
- 3–10 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in corporate law.
- Qualified with a leading international, Magic Circle or US law firm.
- Demonstrated corporate transactional experience, especially in the UAE or wider GCC.
- Knowledge of UAE competition law is an advantage.
- Based in the UAE or willing to relocate, with proven experience advising on GCC transactions.
