Corporate Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Corporate Marketing Specialist will drive in‑house B2B marketing initiatives, managing budgets, coordinating vendors, and executing OEM and partner programs across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Support development and execution of annual and quarterly corporate marketing plans aligned with business and sales priorities.
• Coordinate and track the marketing budget, handling allocations, purchase requests, approvals, commitments, actual spend and remaining balances.
• Plan and execute corporate B2B marketing activities such as events, workshops, roundtables, conferences, sponsorships and executive engagements.
• Manage end‑to‑end execution of marketing activities, including timelines, venues, suppliers, logistics, branding, collateral, invitations and on‑site coordination.
• Support OEM and partner marketing programs, coordinating with technology partners and regional marketing teams.

Required profile

• Direct in‑house/corporate marketing experience in the UAE, with proven budget and vendor management.
• Strong experience coordinating OEM/partner marketing and MDF activities.
• Good understanding of CRM and marketing tools.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus.
• Proactive, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
