About the role
A leading global law firm is seeking a high‑calibre corporate lawyer to join its Middle East corporate team in Dubai. The Senior Associate will work on corporate M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions, leading deals from start to finish.
Key responsibilities
- Lead M&A transactions end‑to‑end, overseeing deal structuring and execution.
- Manage stakeholders independently, coordinating with clients, partners and internal teams.
- Handle private equity and venture capital deals, ensuring compliance with Middle East market requirements.
Required profile
- 6–9 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) as a solicitor.
- Qualified in the UK, US or Australia and trained at a Legal 500‑recognised law firm.
- Demonstrated experience in the Middle East corporate market.
Required skills
- Corporate M&A expertise.
- Private equity transaction experience.
- Venture capital deal exposure.
