Corporate Travel Agent

About the role

London Sky Travel Agency is looking for a dedicated Corporate Travel Agent to join our Dubai office on a full‑time, on‑site basis. You will be the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring seamless travel experiences from booking to post‑trip follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Book and manage flights, hotel accommodations, and car rentals for business travelers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate comprehensive business travel itineraries and handle changes or issues promptly.
• Identify and pursue travel‑related sales opportunities.
• Ensure client satisfaction throughout the travel lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proficiency in handling reservations and travel arrangements.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience coordinating car rentals and providing travel support.
• Knowledge of sales processes and ability to spot opportunities.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple itineraries simultaneously.
• Familiarity with travel booking systems and tools.
• Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience preferred.
