Cost Controller – Restaurant Operations

About the role

The Cost Controller will support restaurant operations by managing recipe and item coding, vendor data, and inventory analysis across multiple markets. Working closely with chefs and procurement teams, you will ensure accurate cost information is reflected in the system to drive profitability.

Key responsibilities

  • Finalize recipes with chefs, assigning ingredient codes.
  • Create and maintain sales item and recipe codes.
  • Enter new and updated recipes into the central system.
  • Set up vendor and item codes and input vendor pricing.
  • Review and finalize month‑end inventory counts.
  • Analyse monthly inventory variances.
  • Roll out new menus and recipes across the UAE, KSA, China, Kuwait, Egypt, and Oman.

Required profile

  • Strong attention to detail and data‑entry accuracy.
  • Ability to collaborate with chefs and procurement teams.
  • Experience in inventory reconciliation and variance analysis.
