About the role
The Cost Controller will work closely with chefs and regional teams to ensure accurate costing of recipes, menu items, and vendor supplies across multiple markets. This role is essential for maintaining profitability and inventory integrity in a fast‑growing restaurant network.
Key responsibilities
- Finalize recipes with chefs and assign ingredient codes.
- Create and maintain sales item codes and recipe codes in the system.
- Enter new recipes and update existing ones, ensuring all changes are reflected accurately.
- Generate vendor codes and item codes, and input vendor pricing.
- Review and finalize month‑end inventory counts and investigate variances.
- Monitor monthly inventory variances and propose corrective actions.
- Roll out new menus and recipes across the region (UAE, KSA, China, Kuwait, Egypt, Oman).
