Cost Manager (Pre‑contract)

About the role

Currie & Brown are seeking a Cost Manager (Pre‑contract) to join their growing team in Dubai. You will support project leaders by delivering high‑quality cost advice, ensuring effective financial control and building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate cost advice and reporting to clients.
• Deliver projects, commissions and professional assignments on time.
• Maintain effective communication and liaise with other managers for efficient financial control.
• Undertake cost management services as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Support team and service leaders in the cost management of projects.
• Represent the company professionally and build great client relationships.

Required profile

• BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Previous procurement experience (essential).
• Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) preferred.
• Technical delivery experience within a global consultancy.
• Previous Middle East experience.
• Comfortable in a client‑facing role and commercially astute.
