Country Finance Manager

About the role

The Country Finance Manager will report to the General Manager for the United Arab Emirates and have a dotted line to the CFO of the Middle East and Africa region. This senior position leads a young, dynamic finance team and ensures compliance with group policies and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare timely and accurate financial reporting for both group and local statutory purposes, ensuring effective financial controls.
• Coordinate external audit processes and manage the preparation and submission of budgets, forecasts, and cash forecasts.
• Analyse financial performance, propose corrective actions, and oversee cash/liquidity management following global guidelines.
• Support implementation of Global Shared Services and ensure proper filing and settlement of tax returns.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and insurance providers in line with global policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 7‑10 years of senior finance experience, preferably in the Food & Beverage sector.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced use of SAP R/3.
• Experience with SAP Central Finance, SAP Group Reporting or SAP BPC.
• Proficiency in financial reporting tools.
