Country General Manager

About the role

Aromaria, a premium scent diffusion house, is expanding its footprint across the GCC and the wider Middle East. The Country General Manager will be the senior representative in the region, responsible for building and scaling the business from the ground up in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Middle East revenue target across hospitality, residential, retail, and cruise verticals.
• Lead end‑to‑end consultative sales cycles, from prospecting to contract signing.
• Grow and protect strategic accounts, ensuring renewals and expansion.
• Develop a regional sales function, hiring Growth Executives, Account Managers and partner channels.
• Translate Aromaria’s global brand into a regionally resonant proposition and oversee all market‑facing communications.
• Plan and execute regional events, trade shows, private previews and influencer collaborations.
• Localise product, gifting and amenity offerings for regional cultural moments.
• Establish operational footprint including warehousing, logistics, installation and after‑care services.

Required profile

• Proven experience building or scaling a luxury B2B business in the Middle East.
• Strong commercial acumen with full P&L responsibility.
• Ability to operate autonomously while aligning with global functions.
• Track record of leading high‑performing sales and operations teams.
