Creative Content & Brand Designer

About the role

Happy Earth Organic is seeking a Creative Content & Brand Designer to shape visual storytelling across social media, video, packaging, e‑commerce, and retail. This role goes beyond basic graphic design, requiring fast execution, AI‑assisted ideation, and short‑form video production while maintaining a premium brand aesthetic.

Key responsibilities

• Create reels, carousels, stories, ads, thumbnails, and campaign visuals for social platforms.
• Edit short‑form videos for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and advertising.
• Leverage AI tools to generate content ideas, moodboards, layouts, and concepts.
• Design website banners, Shopify visuals, product graphics, and landing‑page assets.
• Produce marketplace images for platforms such as Amazon, Noon, Talabat, Deliveroo, and Careem.
• Support packaging, label, sticker, gift‑box, and print‑ready artwork creation.
• Develop retail and sales collateral including brochures, flyers, shelf talkers, banners, catalogues, and decks.
• Assist photoshoots with moodboards, styling concepts, shot lists, and basic art direction.
• Build and organise template libraries to accelerate brand execution.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio showcasing social media, video, and brand work.
• Excellent sense of layout, typography, colour, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Proven experience creating reels and short‑form video content.
• Ability to work quickly, take ownership, and incorporate feedback.
