Creative Content Creator – Specialty Coffee & F&B

About the role

A Creative Content Creator is needed in Al Ain, UAE, to cover photography, videography, short-form video production and editing for specialty coffee, beverages, food, bakery and pastry products, outlets, campaigns, events and activations. The role works closely with the Brand & Marketing Manager and the coffee, kitchen, pastry, bakery, operations and outlet teams to turn creative briefs and marketing plans into high-quality, platform-ready content.

Key responsibilities

• Create high-quality photography and videography for multiple specialty coffee and F&B brands, including behind-the-scenes content such as coffee preparation, brewing, latte art, baking and pastry production.
• Shoot and edit Reels, Stories, short-form videos, social media posts and campaign content, and plan shoots according to marketing briefs and monthly content plans.
• Edit photos and video with colour correction, sound, text overlays, transitions and basic retouching, optimised for each social platform, and keep organised files of raw footage and edited assets.
• Develop creative concepts that fit each brand's visual identity and contribute ideas for product launches, seasonal campaigns, promotions, collaborations and new outlets.
• Cover events, activations, pop-ups and launches when required, coordinating with departments and outlet teams so products and locations are ready for shoots.
• Work with the Brand & Marketing Manager and outlet teams, deliver content on time and adapt to feedback and revisions.

Required profile

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in content creation, photography, videography or a similar creative role.
• Previous experience in F&B, specialty coffee, cafés, restaurants, hospitality or lifestyle brands is strongly preferred.
• Strong portfolio showing photography, videography, editing and short-form social content.
• Good understanding of food and beverage photography and videography.
• Ability to work independently, manage shoots from concept to delivery, adapt to multiple brands and travel between outlets and events.
• Good written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• Professional cameras, lighting, composition, framing and mobile content production.
• Photo and video editing; Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar.
• Instagram, TikTok, Reels and Stories formats.
