Creative Content Producer

About the role

Bodytree, a premium wellness studio in Abu Dhabi founded in 2007, is expanding with a second studio and is building its team. As Creative Content Producer you will shoot photo and video in the studios and turn it into reels, stories, posts, captions and designed assets. You report to the Brand & Marketing Manager, work to shot lists and the brand guide, and work alongside a freelance videographer on campaign shoot days.

Key responsibilities

• Daily capture: shoot photo and video in both studios to weekly shot lists, with the front-of-house team helping
• Production: edit and publish reels, stories and grid posts, write captions in the brand's voice and keep the posting cadence
• Design: build and maintain the Canva template library for social, email, in-studio screens, event collateral and signage
• Visual language: own the photo and video style, shot lists and asset library with the manager and videographer
• Events and collaborations: produce promotion and collateral for workshops, launches and brand collaborations, plus in-studio assets for the client journey
• Community signals: collect Google reviews, testimonials and user content, and flag what resonates
• Shoot days: prepare, support and follow up the videographer's shoots, including props, talent, locations, raw files and selects

Required profile

• 2 to 4 years producing content for a consumer or personal brand (fitness, wellness, hospitality, fashion or F&B)
• Portfolio of reels and grids you shot, edited and captioned yourself
• Ability to turn a class into a published reel the same day and keep a calendar without being chased
• Early-morning classes, occasional weekends and launch days; travel between Al Manhal and The Galleria Mall (UAE driving licence preferred)
• Good English captions; Arabic a plus
• Use of AI tools in daily work, with all AI-assisted assets approved before going live

Required skills

• Shooting on phone and mirrorless camera
• Editing in CapCut or Premiere Pro
• Grading in Lightroom
• Laying out in Canva
