Creative Director – Social Creative for Dove

About the role

OLIVER is seeking a Creative Director to lead the local Dove social studio. You will shape the creative output for Dove’s social channels, turning global guidance into locally resonant content that drives brand relevance and business results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead creative development for local social content and campaigns from brief to final delivery.
• Translate global toolkits and creative territories into locally relevant ideas, formats, and executions.
• Set clear creative direction across concept, copy, design, motion, and film, providing feedback and reviews.
• Build and maintain an effective local content system, including recurring formats, creator briefs, and platform‑specific guidelines.
• Partner with strategy, social listening, and analytics teams to use insights for continuous performance improvement.
• Ensure work is inclusive, culturally aware, and aligned with Dove’s brand purpose and safeguards.
• Collaborate with brand, media, PR, and legal stakeholders to streamline approvals.
• Guide production choices to balance craft, speed, and budget.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading creative teams for social media, preferably within an in‑house agency or brand environment.
• Strong ability to shape ideas, strengthen craft, and keep work aligned with a global brand voice while adapting to local culture.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, building trust with global and local partners.
• Track record of delivering high‑quality, on‑time creative output at scale.
