Creative Director – Social Media Content Strategy

About the role

We are seeking a Creative Director to lead short‑form social media content for a high‑profile founder with over 6 million followers. Based in Dubai, you will shape viral content strategies across TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, turning audience insights into engaging storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute the creative vision for all short‑form videos, including scripts, hooks and storyboards.
• Develop original episodic formats that maximise engagement and virality.
• Guide and manage videographers, editors and designers throughout production and post‑production.
• Monitor platform trends, algorithm updates and emerging formats to capture timely opportunities.
• Analyse performance metrics such as viewer retention, watch time and reach to refine future content.
• Collaborate with marketing, PR and business teams to align content with broader commercial goals.
• Experiment with new editing styles and AI tools to improve efficiency and impact.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience in short‑form content strategy, creative direction or creator marketing.
• Proven track record working with high‑profile creators, influencers or founder‑led brands.
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts algorithms.
• Strong leadership skills in directing post‑production teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, media, communications or related field (preferred).
