Creative Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Creative Marketing Specialist who can both generate ideas and execute them. You will lead our creative campaigns across digital and offline channels, from writing the hook to tracking the results.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage creative campaigns from concept to launch.
• Write scripts, hooks, captions, and ad copy for social media and video.
• Build and manage email marketing campaigns and automated flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post‑purchase, win‑back).
• Segment customer lists and personalize emails for different audiences.
• Run A/B tests on subject lines, creatives, and content to improve results.
• Create and update landing pages for campaigns and product launches on Shopify.
• Set up UTM tracking and monitor results with Google Analytics and Shopify analytics.
• Schedule and manage social media content using Meta Business Suite or similar tools.
• Write SEO‑friendly content for blogs and product pages.
• Plan and execute offline marketing such as events, exhibitions, workshops, and in‑store promotions.
• Maintain a monthly content and campaign calendar and prepare performance reports with recommendations.
