Creative Senior Designer (Design & Brand)

About the role

We are seeking a Creative Senior Designer to lead brand‑focused design projects across print, digital, retail and motion. The role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, ensuring a premium visual language that aligns with our client’s identity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive identity systems and visual storytelling concepts.
• Lead the design process from initial concept through final production, maintaining high standards of craft and typography.
• Provide art direction and mentorship to junior designers, fostering collaboration across cross‑functional teams.
• Produce high‑quality assets for print, digital, retail environments and motion graphics.
• Ensure consistency and excellence in all visual outputs, adhering to brand guidelines.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of experience in branding, design studios, or in‑house creative teams.
• Strong conceptual thinking and refined aesthetic sensibility.
• Proven ability to lead projects and shape creative work from concept to delivery.
• Experience mentoring designers and working with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
