Creative Specialist - Design (Beauty Brands)

About the role

A Dubai-based team is looking for a hands-on, multidisciplinary creative specialist who combines original thinking with strong design craft to connect global beauty brands with local consumers. Reporting to the Creative Manager, you will turn brand direction into concepts and visual storytelling across campaigns, social, digital, packaging and retail, personally designing, editing and animating the work.

Key responsibilities

• Develop original concepts, visual territories and key visuals that bring brand stories to life with local relevance.
• Contribute to art direction for photography and creative treatments, with attention to composition, typography and brand identity.
• Create graphics, packaging concepts, mock-ups and retail or visual merchandising applications.
• Edit short-form video personally and create motion graphics and animation.
• Explore image and video concepts using generative AI tools, retouching and editing.
• Build original assets and design systems so external partners can adapt the work consistently at scale.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in multidisciplinary design, graphic or motion design, art direction or a related creative discipline.
• Portfolio showing original ideas, strong design craft and proven video-editing and animation skills.
• Ability to develop packaging, retail and visual merchandising concepts through compelling mock-ups.
• Confidence presenting ideas, responding to direction and delivering polished work independently.
• Proficiency in Arabic is required.

Required skills

• Hands-on proficiency in design, image editing, video and motion tools.
• Practical experience with generative AI.
• Video editing and animation.
