Creative Strategist – Direct‑to‑Consumer

About the role

We are looking for a Creative Strategist to own and scale every ad for our category‑leading lifestyle kitchen appliance brand. You will build a high‑output creative engine from scratch, driving direct‑response performance across Meta and TikTok.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a hook library and point‑of‑view backed by product reviews, support tickets and competitor insights.
• Write tight briefs (hook, angle, objection, proof, format) and direct UGC creators to produce ready‑to‑use assets.
• Ship a steady stream of new concepts, growing the active ad library to 200+ and running structured tests with clear hypotheses.
• Collaborate with the agency on ROAS, ensuring creative performance drives cost‑per‑acquisition targets.
• Align landing pages with ad promises and run simple CRO tests to lift conversion.

Required profile

• 3+ years owning performance ad creative for a D2C or DTC e‑commerce brand or agency.
• Portfolio of ads you conceived, briefed and measured with insight, test design and results.
• Hands‑on experience briefing and directing UGC creators.
• Strong analytical ability to explain why a creative succeeded or failed using metrics such as hook rate, hold rate, CTR and CVR.
