Creative Video Content Creator (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

The company is looking for a Creative Video Content Creator with a strong cinematic eye, a passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of social media content. The role covers shooting, editing and creative direction across digital platforms, campaigns, events, testimonials, stock-based edits and social-first video formats. It suits someone who can work independently as a solo creator but also collaborate with senior content creators and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging, high-quality video content for social media, websites, campaigns, events and digital platforms
• Bring a cinematic sense to framing, lighting, composition, movement, pacing and visual storytelling
• Develop creative ideas, concepts, hooks and treatments aligned with the brand's goals
• Shoot and assist in editing content for events, campaigns, testimonials, live-produced shows, reels and promotional videos
• Understand platform-specific needs for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and others
• Work from concept to execution, collaborating with senior creators and marketing teams
• Stay up to date with trends, storytelling formats and audience engagement patterns
• Analyse content performance and suggest improvements
• Organise footage, manage production assets and keep the workflow efficient

Required profile

• Bilingual in Arabic and English
• Proven experience as a video content creator, videographer, video producer or editor
• Strong portfolio or showreel showing cinematic visuals, storytelling and social media content
• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Cinematography, Visual Communication or a related field preferred
• Ability to manage several projects with different deadlines and to work on event, campaign, testimonial and interview shoots

Required skills

• Video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve
• Good understanding of camera operation, composition, lighting, sound and visual rhythm
• Basic colour grading knowledge preferred
• Experience with gimbals such as DJI Ronin or similar stabilisers is required
