Creative Video Producer (Videography & Editing)

About the role

A growing company is looking for a creative Video Producer to support its expanding content needs. The role covers the full video production process, from developing ideas and filming to editing, adding motion graphics and delivering polished content for digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create high-quality video content for digital channels, from concept and filming to editing and final delivery.
• Combine A-roll, B-roll, captions, transitions, sound effects and motion graphics into finished videos.
• Develop creative video concepts and content ideas, especially for fintech, finance and educational topics.
• Produce content suited to social media, with attention to hooks, pacing and audience retention.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience in videography and video editing.
• Strong filming skills: camera setup, lighting, framing and audio.
• Experience editing Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, podcasts, interviews and talking-head content.
• Ability to manage the full video production process.
• Experience in fintech, finance, technology or corporate content is an advantage.
• English and Arabic communication skills are preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Motion graphics with Adobe After Effects is highly preferred.
