Credit & Accounts Receivable Manager – APAC Region

About the role

Fuller Technologies is seeking a Credit & Accounts Receivable Manager for the APAC region. You will lead credit management and AR activities across multiple countries, ensuring cash flow optimisation and minimal credit risk while supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead credit and accounts receivable functions across the APAC region.
• Develop and enforce credit policies and procedures.
• Monitor customer credit exposure and set appropriate limits.
• Drive collections performance and reduce overdue receivables.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Service and Finance to resolve disputes and improve cash collection.
• Conduct credit assessments and ongoing risk reviews.
• Track KPIs related to working capital and AR.
• Support month‑end closing, reporting and forecasting.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives for cash flow and efficiency.
• Collaborate with global and regional finance teams to ensure policy compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 8‑10 years of experience in credit management, accounts receivable or working‑capital finance.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Experience managing teams across multiple countries is preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of ERP systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
