About the role

Join the Five Guys team in Dubai as a Crew Member and help deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast‑paced restaurant environment. You will be cross‑trained in various stations, from grilling and fries to cash handling and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service to every guest.
• Prepare and assemble menu items according to Five Guys standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the dining, kitchen, and restroom areas.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately and safeguard company assets.
• Restock workstations, monitor inventory, and support teammates as needed.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a service‑oriented role.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to resolve simple queries.
• Reliability, punctuality, and adherence to uniform and grooming standards.

Required skills

• Cash register operation.
• Basic food preparation and kitchen equipment handling.
