About the role

McDonald’s UAE is hiring for two entry‑level positions across the country: Crew Member and Management Trainee. Both roles involve working in restaurant operations and provide a pathway to career progression within the fast‑food industry.

Key responsibilities

Crew Member: handle front counter service, drive‑through, kitchen food preparation, delivery orders and maintain restaurant cleanliness.
Management Trainee: rotate through crew‑level tasks, supervise shifts, assist managers and eventually lead a restaurant.

Required profile

No prior experience or degree required for Crew Member.
Some F&B or retail experience helpful for Management Trainee.

Required skills

Ability to work in a fast‑paced, shift‑based environment.
Teamwork, punctuality and willingness to follow processes.
