Global Community Manager

About the role

Bybit is seeking a Global Community Manager to lead its worldwide ambassador network, coordinate online events, and manage communications across official community channels such as Telegram, Discord, and Reddit. The role ensures discussions remain useful and safe while collaborating with regional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own a calendar of recurring community activities, product discussions, AMAs, educational sessions, launch activations and post‑event reviews.
• Coordinate announcements and product updates in global channels, verifying links, timing, market eligibility and coverage.
• Engage with members, moderate discussions, route issues to appropriate teams, and promptly escalate scams or impersonation attempts.
• Work with regional teams to adapt global initiatives to local needs and maintain clear handovers.
• Manage global and local ambassador programs, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance review and reward coordination.
• Track participation, engagement metrics and sentiment, turning insights into concise reports and recommendations.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of hands‑on community management experience in fintech, digital assets, crypto or consumer finance.
• Proven responsibility for ambassador or community‑leader programs and measurable event execution.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong judgment in difficult conversations.
• Ability to work across cultures, teams and time zones, and availability for launch windows.

Required skills

• Strong working knowledge of Telegram, Discord and Reddit, including moderation practices and bot workflows.
• Experience planning, executing and reporting on online events.
• Comfort using community data and member feedback to assess results.
