CRM Developer (PHP/Laravel)

About the role

Al Marwan Group is seeking a skilled CRM Developer to enhance its custom CRM platform. You will work with a diverse team to build, maintain, and extend core functionalities that support real‑estate, construction, and hospitality operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain a custom CRM using Core PHP, Laravel (MVC), MySQL, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, and Vue.js.
• Create secure backend modules and responsive front‑end interfaces.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs with third‑party systems such as Call Center solutions, WhatsApp, SMS gateways, email services, landing‑page forms, and MasterPlan.
• Implement lead assignment and routing logic based on business rules, KPIs, workload, and availability.
• Develop and manage automated cron jobs for lead distribution, notifications, reporting, and data synchronization.
• Perform data migration, database optimization, and system upgrades.
• Develop CRM modules for lead management, workflow automation, reporting dashboards, and role‑based access control.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize system performance and security.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Core PHP and Laravel development.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL, database optimization, and SQL queries.
• Experience with REST APIs, AJAX, JSON and third‑party integrations.
• Proven ability to implement lead assignment logic and workflow automation.
• Good understanding of MVC architecture and software development best practices.
