CRM Executive – Customer Relationship Management

About the role

We are looking for a proactive CRM Executive to manage and enhance relationships with our customers in Dubai. The role focuses on maintaining a high‑quality customer database, delivering excellent service across multiple channels, and supporting loyalty initiatives to drive satisfaction and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and regularly update the customer database with accurate information.
• Segment the database for targeted marketing campaigns.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and social media, addressing inquiries and feedback promptly.
• Provide product information, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Execute engagement programmes such as loyalty schemes, newsletters and surveys.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Analyse customer data to uncover trends and feed insights into the CRM strategy.
• Generate and present regular reports on engagement, satisfaction and sales performance.
• Support the evaluation of marketing initiatives developed by the CVM team.
• Uphold company values and apply sound judgment in decision‑making.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in a related customer‑facing role, preferably in a call‑center environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Analytical, data‑driven mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
