CRM Solution Architect

About the role

We are seeking an experienced CRM Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of our CRM and omnichannel platforms in Abu Dhabi. The role involves translating business needs into scalable technical solutions while ensuring high performance and resilience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and govern CRM and omnichannel architecture.
• Develop case data models and ensure they meet business requirements.
• Address non‑functional requirements such as scalability, performance, and resilience.
• Provide enterprise solution architecture guidance and enforce architecture governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.

Required profile

• 15+ years of overall experience, including roles as Solution Architect, CRM Architect, Technical Architect or Enterprise Architect.
• Strong background in CRM and omnichannel solutions.
• Proven ability to design case data models and handle non‑functional requirements.
• TOGAF certification preferred or required; recognized Solution Architect certification such as Microsoft PL‑600 or equivalent.
• Excellent stakeholder management and translation of business requirements into technical designs.
