CRM Specialist – Optimize CRM Platform

About the role

We are seeking a CRM Specialist to join our team in the UAE and support the day‑to‑day operation and optimisation of our CRM platform. You will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, providing user support, and enhancing reporting and automation capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain CRM data accuracy across Leads, Opportunities, Proposals, Contracts and Sales Orders.
• Provide first‑line user support and troubleshooting.
• Develop standard reports, dashboards, views and charts.
• Configure routine CRM automations and monitor transaction progress.
• Develop user guides, procedures and training materials.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience as a CRM Administrator, Analyst or Specialist.
• Strong hands‑on experience with MS Dynamics 365.
• Experience with CRM reporting, data management and automation.
• Good understanding of the lead‑to‑cash process.
• Detail‑oriented, customer‑focused and an excellent communicator.
