CRO Executive – Conversion Rate Optimization

About the role

This fully remote position is based in the United Arab Emirates and offers a fast‑track career in conversion rate optimization (CRO) with leading eCommerce brands. You will work alongside senior CRO consultants, designers, developers and clients to turn data‑driven insights into measurable improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior consultants to understand client goals, website performance and optimisation opportunities.
• Identify opportunities through analytics, user‑behavior insights, website reviews, competitor research and industry analysis.
• Develop evidence‑based recommendations, create optimisation roadmaps and decide on the best approach (A/B testing, design changes, development work, etc.).
• Own initiatives from briefing through implementation, QA, launch, monitoring and outcome review.
• Participate in client meetings, provide updates, prepare agendas and gradually lead client communications.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organisational and project‑coordination abilities with high attention to detail.
• Proactive, ownership‑oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Genuine interest in eCommerce, customer behaviour and CRO, with motivation to grow into a CRO Consultant role.

Required skills

• Experience with Shopify.
• Experience using GA4 or similar analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation programs.
