About the role
A leading government hospital in Abu Dhabi is hiring a CSSD Technician through Black Pearl Consult to support its sterile processing and infection control services. The position is full time and open to candidates currently based in Abu Dhabi or Al Ain; only candidates currently residing in the UAE will be considered.
Key responsibilities
- Perform cleaning, decontamination, assembly and sterilization of instruments
- Operate and monitor sterilization equipment
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards
- Maintain accurate sterilization records and documentation
- Inspect instruments for functionality and report defects
- Support operating theatres and clinical departments
Required profile
- Valid DOH CSSD Technician license
- Diploma or certification in CSSD or a related field
- Prior hospital-based CSSD experience preferred
- Currently working in Abu Dhabi or Al Ain
