About the role
Emaar Hospitality Group’s Address Hotels + Resorts brand is seeking a Culinary Senior Ambassador for its Zeta‑C outlet in the United Arab Emirates. The role is responsible for delivering exceptional culinary experiences throughout the guest journey, ensuring every visitor leaves as a happy fan of the restaurant.
Key responsibilities
- Represent the brand during the entire guest journey and guarantee flawless culinary service.
- Delight guests with consistently high‑quality food and attentive service.
- Carry out all operational tasks in F&B production according to established standards and procedures.
- Proactively prevent complaints and manage service recovery when needed.
- Communicate effectively with fellow ambassadors, always prioritising the guest’s interests.
Required profile
- Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
- Minimum high‑school diploma in catering; a college degree in hotel management is preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hospitality environment.
