About the role

Emaar Hospitality Group’s Address Hotels + Resorts brand is seeking a Culinary Senior Ambassador for its Zeta‑C outlet in the United Arab Emirates. The role is responsible for delivering exceptional culinary experiences throughout the guest journey, ensuring every visitor leaves as a happy fan of the restaurant.

Key responsibilities

Represent the brand during the entire guest journey and guarantee flawless culinary service.
Delight guests with consistently high‑quality food and attentive service.
Carry out all operational tasks in F&B production according to established standards and procedures.
Proactively prevent complaints and manage service recovery when needed.
Communicate effectively with fellow ambassadors, always prioritising the guest’s interests.

Required profile

Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
Minimum high‑school diploma in catering; a college degree in hotel management is preferred.
1–2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5‑star hospitality environment.
