Customer Care Executive

About the role

Al Haktur IT Solutions, an IT services company, is hiring a Customer Care Executive in Dubai. The role suits someone with strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude and the ability to handle inquiries efficiently while offering helpful solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries by phone, email, chat and other channels, and give accurate information on products, services and solutions.
• Resolve complaints professionally and in time, and recommend suitable solutions based on customer needs.
• Assist with basic technical or service-related questions and explain procedures, features and policies clearly.
• Record interactions, feedback and resolutions, follow up on concerns and escalate complex issues to the right department.
• Keep customer records accurate, identify recurring concerns and share feedback with the team.
• Support customer satisfaction initiatives, keep customer information confidential and help with related administrative duties.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification preferred; previous customer service experience is an advantage.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
• Good telephone etiquette, patience with complaints, and ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritise tasks.
• Team player with a positive attitude and good organisational skills.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to learn CRM software and support systems.
• Preferred: experience in an IT or technology company and basic understanding of software or IT services.
