About the role
Czech Rehabilitation Hospital in Al Ain, UAE is hiring a full-time Call Center Agent. The role handles inbound calls from patients and their families, manages appointments and provides information about the hospital's services.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries about services, appointments and patient care
- Schedule appointments with various departments and record the details accurately
- Provide information on services, location, visiting hours and other general questions
- Help coordinate patient visits, including follow-ups and special arrangements for rehabilitation services
- Resolve complaints and escalate issues to the right department when needed
- Enter interaction data into the hospital's CRM system so patient information stays up to date
- Communicate with hospital staff to keep patient flow smooth across departments
- Make follow-up calls to confirm appointments, collect feedback and give further information
- Support callers in multiple languages such as Arabic and English
