Customer Care Representative

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Care Representative who is passionate about delivering exceptional service. The role involves handling customer inquiries across multiple channels and ensuring a smooth e‑commerce experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via WhatsApp, website chat, Facebook, email, Instagram and phone.
• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
• Process orders using Magento, Shopify and other order‑management systems.
• Coordinate with fulfillment teams and delivery partners to verify shipping details and ensure timely delivery.
• Handle off‑site payments through payment links for special orders.
• Monitor and respond to reviews on Google My Business.
• Communicate complimentary class vouchers to identified customers on behalf of the Tavola Studio team.

Required profile

• 0‑3 years of experience in a similar customer‑service role (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Professional demeanor with strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Positive attitude, teamwork orientation and good time‑management.
• Detail‑oriented and customer‑centric mindset.
• E‑commerce background is preferred.

Required skills

• Magento (or Magneto) order management.
• Shopify platform experience.
• Familiarity with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems (optional).
