Customer Engagement Marketing Manager

About the role

The Customer Engagement Marketing Manager will lead the end‑to‑end marketing agenda for Central Trading Company across retail, field, B2B and digital channels. The role ensures strong brand governance, high‑impact execution and measurable commercial outcomes while acting as a strategic bridge between Sales, Marketing and Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own the annual marketing plan and calendar, translating business goals into channel‑specific plans with clear KPIs and timelines.
• Lead cross‑channel campaign execution, ensuring brand consistency and compliance across all customer touchpoints.
• Develop and roll out CRM strategy, data segmentation, lifecycle journeys and reporting dashboards.
• Drive digital performance across paid media, social, SEO and email automation, optimizing conversion and cost per lead.
• Oversee trade, retail and field marketing activities, including in‑store branding, POSM deployment and field activations.
• Manage marketing budget, vendor relationships and performance governance, delivering ROI‑focused results.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of cross‑channel marketing experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable results in retail, field, B2B and digital environments.
• Experience in the automotive aftermarket or similar industrial categories is preferred.

• Analytical tools: Power BI, advanced Excel for KPI dashboards and reporting.
